Help. I just heard a 'buuff' sound and when I opened my case I found that the cover on my fill line had popped off and some coolant had spilled around the T line and pump fittings. I'm running pretty much a vanilla setup:
A8N SLI A64 3000+ @ 250x9 2 x MSI 6600GT 512MB @ 206MHz GEIL Golden Dragon Swifty MCW6000 WB 3500 pump DTEK PRO 120 radiator 3/8" line Only the CPU is water cooled. Could the air pressure change enough to blow the top off? do i need a PCV valve for my water cooling system? Any ideas?

I have a 5/8" line connection that I break to change wbs or rads and I've been using the clearflex pushed over a 5/8" OD copper tube
- then it popped off and pumped 3 gal of coolant ALL OVER in a heartbeat (I was standing there) tell me about hose clamps |

Why nott get one of the Colder Products quick-release fittings? That's what I'm using (with a hose clamp). The only time it will spill is when the other half of the fitting is clipped on.
