TCP ports (4) 
  21 ftp => File Transfer Protocol
  80 http => World Wide Web HTTP 
 110 pop3 => Post Office Protocol - Version 3 
 139 netbios-ssn => NetBios Session Service 

UDP ports (5) 
 68 bootpc => Bootstrap Protocol Client 
 137 netbios-ns => NetBios Name Service 
 138 netbios-dgm => NetBios Datagram Service 
 161 SNMP => Simple Network Management Protocol 
 2049 nfsd => Network File System daemon

The IP address of my Snap is 192.168.0.200 :P
