Simple Fan Speed Controller

Hello guys, can someone please give me some options or project to make a simple fan speed controller.
BTW the fan(s) would be a noisy 2pcs Nidec 120, 0.80amps which would be installed on the Case (nothing fancy Aircooling setup), maybe in the future for a Radiator.

There's one available but as specs indicate is only for 0.12amps/per fan (100k pot), not sure if can handle the load.
