Default Thin vga block

Hey,

I'm looking for a thin wb for my ati in my shuttle.
Since there is little clearance in a shuttle between the vga and the sidepanel and cutting in the sidepanel is no option i'm asking with blocks do you guys know that are really thin and work good in a low flow environment?

These i found already, but i was wondering if you guys have experience with them.
