Default My H20 Project

Hello all. I've been posting over in the ocforums and they're pretty slow. I forgot all about procooling, since i used to come here a few years back. But i thought i'd share my project with everyone.
DD TDX WB
1/2" tygon
2-342 HC
Eheim 1250 WP
Shroud made from pantyhose and fiberglass(yes, #Rotor's idea, but a little different)
Still trying to decide on a T-line or a rez. I already have the rez, but it likes to suck air into the loop when the pump is turned on.
Heres some pics:

Reason why my shroud is a little different, is because the plexi actually rests on the end tanks, creating a snug fit. I'll post more pics as it comes along.
PS: heres the link to that thread(little more pics) .

looks very nice.
I have the same case and was wondering just how well that would fit. Looks very good. Are you going to modify the plastic part of the case at all?

Thanks. Yes, i will be cutting the front and maybe have a custom fiberglass front. I'm also thinking about making a fiberglass extension to the rear top of the case for 2 fans and 2 hard drives.

My HC was took far down and i didn't have a way of clamping the HC -> WP. So i riveted metal to the bottom and cut the same up top, while re-inforcing the top(floppy hole). I also busted my composite shroud while trying to drill mounting holes, it's still going though, with aluminum:

I too off the inlet barb on the pump and dremeled out what was there for 3/4" ID tubing. Then i replaced the outlet with a 5/8" OD barb. Leak testing now.
