1 X 1250 pump
1 X nv68
1 X Sliver TDX <<
1 X Pci relay card
1 X Artic Silver
1 X T shirt
1 X Tygon Pipe

I would like to thank paul again:P. lol, also someone called "sparks".

Also like to thank acrim, you will find out later.

I am modding my YY cube...

This is going to be the WC setup..

If you can make sence of that is the led setup..

I am having two led's each side of res (2 of each res) they are going to be uv,
but i am having 3 in the middle that are different LED colours. But these led's will be controled in software, I am going to put it into a printer port, to allow me to turn the led's on and off, the uv led's on and off, and to be able to do effects. Also I will be able to access the led's online, So i can turn them on and off anywhere .

Starting to get the case ready.

First hole Cut

YAY 2nd hole cut.

Right time to cut the res holes

Looks good...
Dual resevoirs is a nice touch...there is no added functionality of having 2 resevoirs...
i take it is for bling?

you need wider holes for the resevior tube openings. A tube isnt going to be able to fit through there and you dont want the tube attached to just one barb.

Aye MadHacker its just for "bling".

Also when I get the 50mm clips, the res's will sit lower down!!, so that should be enough for the barbs to stay on with the pipe... If not then yes I will re cut, But I dont think it will be a problem.

So

That should very nice when you are done with it. Keep us updated, eh? I'm curious how loud it will be, with the thermochill rad and your fans.

How much difference would there be from pushing the water through the loop to pulling the water through the loop?
Effectively the diagram above shows the water being pulled through the loop

Essentially, you run the risk of cavitation if you do it the other way.

2 reseviors in series? i don't understand

at least run them in parallel...ie have both reseviors converge to the inlet of the pump, like slaterspeed said

My loop make up was a quick 5min job.

The setup is going to be:

pump - rad - tdx - nv64 - res -res - pump

Ok Hi all,

Been about 9days, the project log hasnt been dumped. I been busy, well TBH!! Lazy.

Anyway, the led circuit is going well thanks to matt(acrim)

I spent well, a good week getting the screws in this rad. And finally done it, it doesnt look much, but trust me it was a 100% pest. When pauls it, he is gonna have to buy my a pint for it.

LOOK AT THAT. Lovely sexyness looks so so so NICE!.

Holes big enough for tube to go through...

Bigger hole for tube to go though .

Today I cut the hole little bigger for res (again). So it's all ready now to be screwed in, with the leds etc.

Anyway I cut holes for pump today. Very tight on one of the screws and the wheel.

BLeh as you can see, I put vibration mount in, there is about 0.02mm of a gap for the nut :X!

Next thing, is I cut the front of the case pannel today. It had a big plastic block that would really suck for the air flow. As the fans are sucking the air will be sucked in from the bottom, goes up though the 2 X fans and out. So I have to cut this plastic bit out for air flow:

- Update for today.

And yes I will tidy up the hole:P. It doesnt "really" matter as it wont be viewable at all

I got the pump installed. And tbh I don't think I could get it any better than I did. Was pretty bang on.

ERK!!!! Sexy fit!

I was wondering if you are going to be painting the case?

If not get some making tape on that beast otherswise its going to be scratched to sheeeeeet

There is a few odd scraths from past use. I have made one or two. Only two in viewable area. I might be planning a new spray job later on. I got some touch up paint. Anyway I have a small update.

Thats just an outside few. First pic showing I got all the cables in.

A tad ghetto, but its only the leds, it still does its job fine. Just "could" be cleaner.

I had to cut more of the plastic along to get it fit there

I have to cut the clip on the bottom shorter, to fit in.

Eager to see it with the plastic front on, if the cutaways will give enough air flow.
Nice job!
