Default which design is best for this situation

I want to make a waterblock that will cool a 40x40mm area. The design will have both barbs on the same side like a GPU waterblock.

Which internal design is the nest for this situation.

Maybe a pin grid with a central baffle so water has to flow over the whole block. (Like the swiftech cpu blocks)

Yes, When i say central baffle i dont mean one with a central inlet. I mean one down the center of the block so the water ends up flowing in a U shape from inlet too outlet.

My bad for mentioning swiftech

slater..
