Default Need Some Aluminum Milled

I have some plastic fan filters, and I want to make aluminum covers to replace the plastic ones.

My idea is to get an appropriately 1/4-inch (or maybe even 5/16) thick piece of aluminum and have a 120mm fan hole cut out via waterjet, and then mill out the necessary (or unnecessary as it were) material, leaving the fan hole surface 1/16-inch thick.

Could someone here do this for me? (I'll pay a reasonable fee as well).

I don't think Milling to 1/16 in that dimension would be practical if not possible. Why not just waterjet, or even dremel 1/16 sheet of Al. Post a rough sketch of the part you want. I could do something like that, but you might be able to achieve same result with instruction.
