I agree with dante. Impressive, if not unusual. With a bit of redesign I can see this as a modular video card watercooling setup. 4 different blocks with various top plates for different GPU/RAM setups.

Very nice GPU block. I like it a lot. Watercooling on the memory isn't too necessary but it is cool looking.

Well if you have a GF6800 Ultra and you want to run without fans moving air around the expansion card area things can get pretty hot if you don't cool the rams.
