Default Looking for help with first WC project

I will start by saying I have never had a watercooling system. My systems GPUs have been running at 54-59c with no load and up to 70 while playing WoW. I have been doing a good amount of research, but as I want to make sure I get this right I wanted to ask you guys (The experts) for your imput.

Here is the system I have, and I will be happy to listen to what you all recommend.

Thermaltake Armor ATX full
Silverstone Zeus 650W Power Supply
2x 7900GTX 512MB Graphics cards
2GB Corsaid XMS DDR400
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe MB
HITACHI 500GB 7200RPM SATA
AMD 64X2 4800 Toledo 2.4GHz
WIN XP 64x

I am willing to spent a few hundred bucks to get something that will keep my system running cool for a while. I am wanting to cool both vid cards as well as the CPU. The HDD can continue to be air cooled as it doesnt run hot, at least not IMO.

Any assistance is very welcomed!

What I have found so far:

I have been doing my homework and have come up with my shopping list. Please take a look over this and make sure that I am getting the full bang for the buck.

Here is the shopping list, I am currently planning to get everything from www.performance-pcs.com If you know a better place to order please let me know.

Swiftech MCP655 12 VDC Pump w/speed controller $94.95
Swiftech Micro Res $19.99
Danger Den Copper TDX CPU Block $52.95
Danger Den Koosah SLI GTX GPU Blocks $295.95
BlackIce GTX 120 High Pro Rad $73.95
BlackIce GTX 240 High Pro Rad $99.95
PrimoFlex Tubing 1/2" x10' $22.50 (Considering doing 7/16" tubing and still using 1/2"barbs)

So please look over that list and tell me if I am crazy or not, or if there is a better way to go about thing.

I'd suggest forgetting the Rez. and using a T-line. It's just a lot easier to set up. While bleeding may
take a little longer, it's done very infrequently.

I think you's get a little better performance on a dual core with the Swiftech Apogee (GT or GTX) or the D-TEK FuZion. They cool a slightly larger area.

Other than that, why two rads?
The PA series rads seem to have the best performance at the present time, though those are good ones too.

As for tubing, Tygon R3603. The current "hot setup" is 7/16"(ID) on 1/2" barbs (you may want to look into "high flow" metal barbs too). http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=147767

Fans for the Rad are also an important choice. While water flow rates have a diminishing return when increaced, higher CFM fans provide more "linear" bang-for-the-buck. And you will still need good case cooling as that MOBO runs hot. Replace the TIM pads on the heat pipe with a good thermal paste.

If you hav'nt seen these, you may find interesting info here:

And finally, if you're not going to overclock (HA!), a single (PA120.2) Rad will be sufficient.
