I'm putting together a H2O system, but still trying to find a good resivoir with a built in pump, at least 150gph.

None! If you want a resevoir (Many don't use one, just a T-Line) then use a small underground junction box (2x4x4) and put some barbs in it. Then get a inline pump like a Danner Mag-Drive 350 or 500gph or a Eheim 1250. Your temps will be 3c lower and these are much higher quality pumps.
In fact you will probably be much cooler yet as you listed a 150gph pump (once run threw a system with restrictions, pumps do not run at rated capacity, they do a very small fraction of it!) and 150gph is hardly sufficient unless your looking for just the basics.
