Default Whats wrong here?

ok, like 2 months back i bought a 1.2Ghz AXIA C t-bird and an Abit KT7A

i installed everything and all, running fine. but then whenever i try 10.5 x 133 my cpu just restarts when i'm loading windows. my ram is rated at 133, my i/o voltage is at 3.3V/3.4V/3.5V (none works) my vcore is at 1.85V (bios reads at 1.89-1.91V) and i'm running at cas3. i can't even do 9 x 133, which is supposed to be the defaul settings for my cpu!!

i suspect that the problem mite be with my PSU, cos my +5V line reads at 4.78-4.80V when my cpu is at 1.3Ghz (12.5 x 104) 1.85V. my psu is a generic 300watt psu.

any tips/comments/answers?

thanks in advance.

oh yeah, one more thing.

temps are a problem cos i'm watercooling my setup, with BeCooling's Jagged Edge waterblock, a 12 x 5 radiator with a 120MM Sunon Fan and a 200gph pump.

my idle temps are about 34C and 38C full load temps while running Folding @ HOme.

i know this chip can do more than 1.3Ghz, i used to be able to do 12.5 x 112 = 1.4Ghz, but same thing now, my system restarts when i'm loading windows.

when i try 133 fsb, i set the option in my abit kt7a's bios to 133/33
