Finally satisfied with the voltage that my peltiers are running (18.2v and 18.4v), I'm getting 22C full load, Tbird 1333@1780 2.16v. Water temps are 4-5C above ambient. Ambient is around 31C, the heat output is making my room warm. Here's a screenshot.

you should try a 10mm or 12mm cold plate, it will probably take off a degree or two

I'd have thought your cpu temps are a little high for the pelts you are running, maybe upping the voltage a bit would help it out, or increasing the pressure on the pelts
