Default Silicone tubing

wanted to order silicone tubing from http://www.mcmaster.com/.
Which one is "the one" we all want?
Is it "Silicone Rubber Tubing"?
""""
Tubing is peroxide cured and doesn't impart odors and tastes. Not pressure rated. For use in gravity flow applications.
"""""
Model "51135K82"
3/8" ID, 1/2" OD, 1/16" Wall ?
or
model "51135K41"
1/2" ID, 5/8" OD, 1/16" Wall ?

I'm building 3 watercooling setups right now and believe it would be cheaper to order from them.

you want the 1/8" wall and you want the durometer to be Shore A 50 durometer
along with your id of either 3/8 or 1/2 depending on your system.

make sure you look at the OD of the tubing when you are buying clips

this is the stuff dangerden is selling.. i believe it to be what caseetc sells too..

just a note: dangerden is CHEAPER than mcmaster unless you are getting a roll

wall = 1/8????
that means :
with 1/2" ID you got 3/4" OD
and
with 3/8" ID you got 5/8" OD

Are you sure about those numbers?
Can someone ( who bought it from DD ) verify those numbers?
Thnx.

those numbers are correct. look here. scroll down until you see the hose clamps; its says:

"19/32"-21/32" is for our 3/8" Hose

11/16"-13/16" is for our 1/2" Hose"

5/8 OD (20/32) tubing fits the 19-21/32 clamps, amd 3/4 OD (12/16) tubing fits between the 11-13/16 clamps.

also look at the DD instructions page. it says

"...Feet of 3/8” Inner Diameter Hose (5/8” OD Recommended)"

so yup, those are correct #'s. i guess the think wall will help prevent the hose from kinking when making tight turns (makes sense yes?)
