Default look at this other guys setup

This guy has a sweet setup. I don't know how well it works but it sure is pretty. This is the 16th page of the thread but it has the coolest pics. Sorry to post stuff from another forum.

Wow, alot of noise, and a load of power used, and it spins water?

Cool.

It looks cool for a class project or something, but for a cooling system it seems a lil... umm... well I think you see where I am going with it.

If you read pic #13, #14, #15... It says that with the two pumps running, it sounds like a normal aquarium... and with only one pump, it's virtually silent.

Ummm you mis the fact that its swirling water and sucking air through the center, thats NOT going to be quiet at all. Its going to sound like a constant water flow. a constant rushing of water.

I would like to see how it works with an actual heat source running to it.

He should pop some dye-light in and turn on a UV light.

Put some pebbles and bonsai in the bottom and you have yourself a Zen garden (TM).

Ignoring all technicalities, that is one sweet piece of equipment. With that around, the computer to be cooled is just an accessory

it'd look much better with coloured water, or maybe a light in the middle

Wow. Indeed there's no point to mention computer cooling....
The guy can put a coloured light behind it and mount the whole thing in his living room for ppl to see.
Crazy !
