gf3 blocks should fit, you'll just need to epoxy it to the card.

Ok if you remove ur hsf, you will void ur warranty, if you overclock your card you will void ur warranty, if you do anything to alter the card you will void ur warranty. Have you overclocked your card yet? Are you planning to use the Ati buy back program? These are questions you have to ask urself.
Personally I dont care about my warranty, I want the most out of my card now and after the r300 comes out Ill either sell this card for under $100 or move it over to my backup comp.
If you want to improve ur cooling than check out the aircooling section. Ur best bet is a blow hole blowing directly on ur card from the side of ur case.

ablaze, there are no holes on ATi cards like there are on nVidia cards (the stock HSFs are epoxied on).
although i have seen one or two 3rd party manufacturers that did use mounting holes...

its not that bad to remove the stock HSF and epoxy on something better. many ppl have done it including myself. i can post links to helpful pages if you want...

just use any normal gpu waterblock, and thermal epoxy it on, there isn't much else you can do. Other than using a G clamp

Yep, it is a genuine ATI. I was surprices as I had got the epoxy ready to use then saw the holes. ATI still stick their heatsink and fan on. I can take photo's but have no way of hosting them though.

if its a small pic, you can host them on the forums. max size is 75000 bytes. when you reply, there is an "attach file" box right above the submit reply and preview reply buttons.

it's relevant....if it didn't overclock anymore would you bother putting a waterblock on it?
