Very good experiences with Dangerden.

I'd recommend them.

Ditto for DTekcustoms.

My experiences may not be typical because I am a reviewer and so I sometimes get "special" treatment. Having said that, I find Cooltechnica hard to beat on customer service because Bruce is always available via ICQ (and this forum) and is prompt to return e-mails.

I have also ordered (as a customer) from Dangerden and Dtek with no issues and great satisfaction from their products, but neither site's customer service is as quick as Cooltechnica. Of course Cooltechnica doesn't have to mill blocks all day and night either

I have actually never had a bad experience with ANY watercooling store. I guess I was lucky never buying from Chip. All of the places seem to be run by honest hardworking people that are still very much tapped in to the community that they sell to. I would say just go with what is in your budget and that you like from any of the major stores.

All my dealings with Cooltechnica have been great. No problems with dangerden either.

it is my opinion that there is only a small handfull of companys worth doing busness with. The ones listed are the ones I would recomend, but not in that order. I only have experiance with D-tek. But I am sure that all the companies are good. But how many people would spend an hour on the phone with you and just shoot the sh!t with you? I know Danny from D-tek customs will. Anyone have any experiance with any others?

And while I may seem partial to D-Tek because he sells my blocks. that is about as far as it goes. I still have to buy my stuff. He is just a reseller for me, so that I dont have to deal with the paper work. So no, I am not an employee and NO I DONT MAKE THE GEMINI BLOCKS!

I used cooltechnica. This is my first wayercooled project and they made it real easy. Everything came as ordered and very well packed. I'd buy from them again.

I have ordered from DD several times and have been happy. My only beef is it takes so long to get things shipped (3-5 days). The product comes as advertised and works.

I also use 2cooltek, CoolTechnica, pcnut, and servercase for other things and have had nothing but great sucess.

FIXITT - any ETA on more blocks? I another rig I'd like to watercool and want to use a Spiral.

I think Danny's expecting the shipment in any time now. I'm not sure if Fixitt still has the time to make them or not. I believe they're being mass produced at a machine shop now.

yeah, he told me he is coming out with those, and that they are being produced, supposed to be ready in a not too long (i hope that wasn't confidential hehe)

i have ordered from both dangerden and dtek, both are excellent. BUT, i have never been in contact with dangerden, so i can't comment on that, but i will comment on Danny at dtek. he is got to be the best guy dealing with this stuff. he always answers email, and he bends over backwards just to please you. i have made several "special" requests, and he always delivers. i wanted just the AL reservoir he has, no problem. lost one of my bolts for the spir@l, sent me a new one free of charge, not even shipping. change modified orders, no problem. even hooked me up with a prototype p4 block. if he carries something you want, i can't see NOT ordering from him.

yeah Danny has a batch being mass produced. and I am still slowly cranking them out. Wish I could do it faster, but as you can tell from my lack of normal postings, I have had a hecktic couple of months. Just trying to get everything in order.

Major things happoning on this end. but I do still manage to send some blocks dannys way. Just sent him 8 beginning of this week.

Just about got another batch ready to go.
