Default Stainless steel+BIX+Inovatec WB

In my system I am going to use a stainless steel reservoir+BIX+Innovatec WB+Eheim1250+Tygon tubing with plastic barbs. Can the system get corrosion?
Thank everybody.

Will it be as bad as mixing aluminum with copper? No. Stainless gets along with stuff much better than al/cu mixes.

Hmm...I can't see any corrosion problems with that setup?

If the reservoir is causing corrosion, maby you could give it some clear coat?

Well, copper will always corrode with water. Its a given. Will it corrode quickly? No. If you use water wetter, it will take much longer. The stainless wont corrode or do anything though...

I personally dont use Water Wetter. Ive found that windshield washer fluid works the best for my purposes, and if i want to get the tarnish off of my beautiful homade waterblock (se avatar), I use Lime Away. It only has to be done about once every 3-4 months.

Wrong.

Wrong, wrong wrong!

Stainless steel will corrode. Not as fast as with Cu and Alu, but it will still corrode:
http://www.pemnet.com/design_information/galvanic.html

If you attempt to coat a metalic res, you have to make absolutely sure that it is covered, because the smallest hole in the coating will cause accelerated corrosion, as that one little spot will corrode "on behalf" of the entire res.

Meltman is correct, the water wetter will slow down the corrosion process, but will not prevent it. Nothing can prevent it, except for the use of a completely non-electrically conductive coolant.
