Location of the four holes around the socket ?

Could somebody please point me in the right direction to find out where the four holes and their measurements are in relation to a "socket_a" board are please. I want make a hold down using these holes, but I will have to dismantle my PC to get the measurements otherwise

I'd already down loaded that picture.
The bit I'm after is where do those measurements come in relation to the actual socket ?
ie: how far from the sockets edge, relation to the centre datum lines of the socket.
