WOW!

That looks really good.

Is that a rheostat and a temp monitor?

Great! Now got you got me thinking about making one, before I'm even halfway done on making my first WC system.

Yes I control the fan speed which in turn would control temps to some extent.
The temp monitor shows ambient temp v's water temp in the tank.
The idea was to remove all the clutter inside my case as well as having less chance of a water accident inside it.
Also with this setup I can hook it up to any case or pc quickly.

Stevo,

I like that idea of yours. I like the idea of being able to move it to another system that's cool. Oh and the protection is a good thing too.
Do you have more info ie: performance specs and more pics. I've visted your site but your pics were a little small.
Thanks

Very cool. Where did you get the box itself?

Hi and thanks for the input. The case would you believe is an old 486 case with the front panel modified with s/s as you can see.All very easy to do.
I'm using a peltier with my setup and using this case to power it with the old at power supply. The pump is direct wired to the AT as well so on startup everything is running.
My system is is a p31 gig running at around 1200mhz .The peltier is only 72w and is really well mounted which does make a difference to its peformance.
Idle temp is 4-6degc and full load 23 degc

Hi Stevo - NZ I see -

Steve is there a peltier under the WB on CPU?
Did you explain you have a dual curcuit - Dual pump/resevior and the Peltier in the box is an inline chiller?

In similar experiment - after getting a pair of peltiers in a sandwich - cooled with a radiator on the secondary side. I found that if on the primary ( cold side ) I got lower temperatures by not not running a fan/radiator on the primary cold side.
( just pulled the power to the fans on Primary Radiator )

Curcuit looks like this.

Cheers Amy -
