Default We need more smilies!

I've been going over a few other forums lately, and I have to say: I'd like to see more smilies here! I especially like the "dancing banana"!

Post your idea, and wish to see more smilies!

Joe! How can we properly discuss cooling without dancing bananas and such?! Next, you'll be telling us that we won't be able to add those attached WAV sound effects either. And I had my heart set on a sig with a fart WAV file.

I don't think we need bigger graphics: converting to jpg or gif usually does the trick.

OC had problems maintaining their forums up, because of high traffic, so they reduced the avatar size, and attached pics. I would expect no less here.

But I still want a dancing banana!

I saw the early dancing banananana and what it did to a friend...it wasn't even a smilie yet and he was posting it himself everywhere...

ITS A VIRUS, a PLAGUE, it should be exterminated and all infected should be sent to a hospital for immediate treatment...

With that said, where is my medication...

you appear to use the same software as this other non-computer forum i go to a lot... they have a buttload of smilies, including a band, a pimp, and a couple giving the finger. maybe it's available on this software?

Actually, there are a number of other customizations available, and plenty of resources for it:

See the Forum on Forum!

A neat one is the "skin" feature, used at OCAU.

Maybe you should start with something for laptops: black background with orange lettering (for highest contrast).

Are many of us mobile?

Just make sure you have a "Classic Theme", cause when the Mustang forum I hung out on changed their main website, and their forum to match, I couldn't stand the theme...so I'd always have mine set on classic.

One theme was irriating on the eyes.

Yeah, phpBB is pretty good...

Don't go near Yabb or whatever it is...i'm on two forums that use it, don't like it at all.
