Default 850E mobo?

I'm soon to be in the market for a new 850E motherboard. I could go to DDR, but I've already got 512 megs of rdram so I'd really rather not. I'm lookin for a board that will last for awhile...
  • SATA
  • onboard (gigabit would be nice) LAN
  • good Intel proc. support
  • 8x AGP
  • onboard RAID would also be nice
Since its an 850 board I probably cant get all of those on one board. I've looked around Asus, Abit, Gigabyte and a few others and their 850 offerings seem to be pretty weak...Can anyone suggest a board with some or all of the above?
