PWM Fan Controller

I just read the ProGeek article "Aardil's PWM Fan Controller". I need to control 2 40mm fans on an external hard drive that is a RAID mirror of the main system drive, but those little fans are way to noisey.

Q1. Who is Aardil and where can this be purchased ?

Q2. Are the distributors located in the USA ?

Q3. If not in USA, is there a similar (same price) ?

I guess I could answer these questions better than anyone

1. I am Aardil, I am a PC geek with a friend who is very good at electronics ( he is the brains of this outfit) I just come up with the ideas. I have been W/Cing for about 1 year and really enjoy the quiet. While my background in electronic circuit design is rather weak ( more of a helper than anything) I have been a professional auto mechanic electronic repair man ( shorted wire chaser) for 30 years. It is now to hard for me to crawl under the dash of most of the new cars( dam they keep getting smaller) so I now work the parts counter at a local auto parts house and build PC's in my spare time.

2. As of now the only way that the the board can be purchased is direct through me. We are trying to set up a deal with KDC to have them as the distributor but havent heard anything back on that deal yet.

3. My product is designed and assemble in a strange little country, a small town just south of Baton Rouge Louisiana. Lots of people hear speak cajun french ( 3 years of spanish did me alot of good eh?

Man I hate to say this but as of now the only way of completing the transaction is Paypal. I know I am working on the Credit card thing.
