Default How can I get in touch with the guys at overclock-watercool?

I have sent numerous emails and have not been able to get in touch with the people at overclock-watercool. Anyone know of another way to contact these people? I'm trying to purchase a watercooling system and have them install it (as their website describes). So far no go! thanks

Well he hasn't posted a message since december of last year. I don't think he is a regular to this board. Thanks for the help however. I sent him one anyways. Trying to reach this guy is like searching for osama bin laden lol!

I haven't heard back from you so I will try posting the message here. I want to buy a watercooling setup from your site and I want to know if you will be able to install it for me? Thanks and let me know as soon as possible.

Best way is to leave a message on one or both of these 2 phone numbers:

513-200-5623
513-271-9234

Works for me

Taco you will get more of the same, you can count on that. I would be suprised if you got your system back by Spring 2002.

For over three months I attempted to buy a V-tuned system from that company. It was the worst buying experience I ever had. I ended up buying from a different vendor and canceling the order. He constantly ignored e-mails, ICQ messages, oh ya and the phone number on the site is disconnected. There is no way I can truely tell you how horrible my experience was. Chip was constantly saying things like: It will ship out next week..., This friday....., etc.

Stear clear of his terrible customer service skills, and you could still avoid the trouble I went through.

Thanks for the help bro. I have read alot of posts saying stay clear of overclock-watercool. However, I felt like giving them a shot. Oh well, so much for that I guess, for I can't even get a simple yes or no answer from the guy.
Only reason I wanted to order from this company was the fact they install the watercooling setup for you (at least thats what I thought I read there. Guess not).I know nothing about installing a watercooling system and even if I did I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it myself. I will continue to look for someone to install it for me. If I ever get one installed I feel that I will get to learn alot and in the future I could install one myself!

I don't think he has a problem w/ the over the counter stuff he selld on his site. It is the fact he offers all this custom work and has no way of doing it..

I would like to apologize to chip of overclock-watercool. I shouldn't have said they don't do what they say. I know nothing of the site or what goes on with his company. All I know is what I have read. So not knowing the situations personally I should have just kept my mouth shut. So once again I'm sorry and I would still like to do business with you in the future. thanks :o

Well part of running a business is not overextending your ability to complete tasks.

That's what seemed to be the problem. But that isn't my problem?
