Here's another shareware one, that can do calculations for pipes and pipe fittings:

Now if only it could do waterblocks and radiators

Now that you mention it...

There is an Excel spreadsheet for calculating the PQ curve for 2" heatercores in this thread. (Last post at the moment.)
