know any good CMS software?

i'm kinda looking for a prebuilt CMS for a review site i will be releasing. i'd like to have the option to eventually require registration (best if it can integrate with .htaccess), allow unregistered users view the daily site, needs a toplist, searchable, and forums would be nice to have integrated into the registration.

something kinda like phpnuke or postnuke, but preferrably a little better written. doesn't have to be free, but if it's very expensive, it had better be pretty good, otherwise i'd just have it written for me (not that good at php here yet.. very limited).

so anyways, if anyone knows of any good CMS, particularly useful for a review site, i'd love to hear about it!
