Save yourself some bucks.

Go to: www.leakycar.com

Find a rad the size you like best and with the inlet/outlets where you want them to be. Take down the infor on it and go to the local Napa and order it there.

When it arrives go to the local hardware store and buy the brass barbs you need.

Now report with all the above to your local radiator shop. They'll solder them in AND leak test it for you for just a couple bucks.

Some plexi you can cut real easy will make a simple, but effective, shroud in no time for you.

For around $45.00 you are ready for action, rad + barbs + shrouds.

Or go to: www.jpiperformance.com

Look at the Scoop dual fan rad. VEry good and high performing for those who don't care for the DIY methods, or who are pressed for time.

I picked up one from Autozone. No barbs needed.

Search for "autozone + number" for a few threads about them.

Even better, go to airspirit.net (http://68.168.65.180) and use the link under "Resources" to get to the heatercore database and search for one that matches your specifications perfectly. You can put in the size you want and it will spit out results. Pictures are included and it will give you the FEDCO part number.

When you find a core with the size you want and pipe config that you're happy with, try and find as many more like it as you can. When I was searching for my core I decided on one's that were about 9"x6" and found that many many were expensive and a few were really cheap. I'm not quite sure why this is, concidering they were all basically the same size and similar configuration. My core cost about $16 brand new, can't remember which car it goes to though.

The price variation is related to how many were built. Common ones built in large numbers are pretty cheap.

Low volume ones cost $$$$$$$.
