Default MOSFET Identification?

I want to know what kind of MOSFET is on my mobo to get some specs. Anyone heard of a BC240?

I wasn't able to come up with anything. Is there a logo on them?

Yes, but I don't have a camera here at work.

The logo looks like a big D with the letters 'i' and 'c' inside.

There is another marking on these chips too: "0/N03L". It's hard to tell if those are zero or letter 'o', but who knows. I did some googling this morning, and no joy on that as a part number either.

Nothing so far.

Could be Advanced Linear Devices, or Dionics, but I'm probably wrong.

Check out this page:
http://icmaster.com/logosa-m.asp

see if you can find it.

edit: try this one instead:

I know that is a very common mosfet. I'll check a board tomorrow morning that uses that mosfet to see what I can find out

I thought I knew those mosfets from an asrock board.

http://www.asrock.com.tw/product/images/k7vm2-FACE.jpg

are those the same as your mosfets?

the Di logo thingee indicates infineon, and the mosfets read 10N03L and 2N03L

Thanks! That was exactly what I was looking for, Brad and Murray. I'm kind of out of it today since I had to spend last night in the ER with my 3 yr old son last night (nothing serious, just very sick with some Coxsakie virus swelling up his throat lymph nodes and giving other nasty problems).

Thankfully it didn't hit teh sack, but it does make him pretty miserable. 105F fever is nothing fun, and he's still getting there if we don't keep him on a constant round the clock dosage of Ibuprofin AND Acetaminophen (you can safely use both simultaneously, which is nice).

However, I did go around telling everyone that he had Nutsackia for a day until my wife cornered me in private and corrected me. I told her that it was a perfectly honest mistake, but I'm still not sure she believes me.
