Very nice, it hits .19 cw at 3563 rpm, 65 dBA. Thats too freaking loud!!! Its like having a person talking all the time your computer is on (only a little louder).

That would be a incredable amount of noise. To much for me.

I harbour a healthy doubt! . Especialy when I see "motherboard monitor5" quoted for the CPU temps ...

This is Joe C from overclockers. He knows what he is doing. Also no winewood. Joe's C/W's and BillA's C/W's are not compatible unfortuantly. In a perfect world they would be but Joe and BillA tested the same blocks once and Joe got lower C/W's. Only way to compare C/W is from the same testing system.

ya know jaydee... I didn't know that!

Now I knew that some variances were more with less accurate measurements, but .. well.. I guess that does make sense. I guess each cw quote should include a link to the test setup.

The 0.19C/W is measured on a P4 motherboard. With P4's typically near halving the actual rise-above-ambient reported temperatures, one must take the 0.19C/W value with a very large grain of salt.

This is exactly what I was saying in the other thread where I said you cannot get a usable CW value from a mobo. You simply do not know the actual watts. With out that you got nothing.

Would be nice to see a link to the testing system for sure.
