Default some Quattro goodness...

For the Athlon64/hammer.

The design principle was simple.... Pure utter OVERKILL....

It's the way I like it

depth is approximately 0.8d through 1.2d where d is diameter of hole.(VDFC)

note how sharp the corners of each pin are....... that, combined with the concave sides of the pin equals MEGA Turbulence. I've seen some close ones, but most has a short straight channel, as it where, between the holes. A result of not having the holes virtually touching each other.... the perfect concave square pin shape is what we want with this design.

I feel I have to warn though.... it is not easy drilling so many holes so straight and so close to one another, the chances of screwing up is..... well lets say it's not the same as you winning the lottery.... ... nuf-Said Some more pictures....

send me your autocad drawings! plzzzzzzzzzzz

edit: nvm genious struck and i got it working, however it is strange that my starren measurement thingi (super accurate, dont know its name) sais 62mm wall to wall of mobo holes, yet 66 (+4 mm cos of diametres) doesnt line up... hrmmm oh well i added a mm and it lined up good

ever heard of the saying.."one Acad. drawing is worth a 1000 $100bills......"

me neither..... but it does have a peculiar ring to it.... don't ya think...

I can not just give away these designs....Sorry .
I spend quite a considrible amount of time designing. in fact... design is about 80% of the complete manufacturing prosess...

#Rotor, do you drill the pilot holes all the way through? or are those little dimples as far as you go?
