Winamp Controls

Is it possible to control winamp through buttons connected to a gameport or serial port ? I it doesn't have to be wireless, My main concern is having a "next track" button so I can load up my Mp3's into and playlist and have them play at random, and if i dont wanna hear that song i can change it easily instead of getting and up and walking to the computer while i'm working. I remember seeing something about this somewhere, does anyone have any ideas ?
