Dimensions? Weight?

When making a waterblock, what would you say the maximum allowed dimensions and the weight of the block should be? Would these dimensions weight restrictions be different between an AMD/P4 platform?

I am asking cause I made a waterblock with the base dimensions of 8.7cm x 5.2cm x 0.8cm. The top of the block is 0.4cm. Its all copper.

On the AMD website they have a document I think it is called thermal design guide or something like that which gives you all those details. I think Intel have something similar
