my FS thread
ok i just got a $148 speeding ticket.. me being a poor student i have no money... i have 30days to pay this off so i have to get rid of some stuff....

Bert is a fraud.
He changed the name on the check to his real name. (forgery) He is not shipping the merchandise. He did not refund the check. If you had any dealings with Bertz_maru or... Bert Madden PM me for his Address, Name, Florida Drivers license number etc. so you can press charges. I am contacting the Escambia police department now.

everyone beware..... ill take your money and run... yeh ok... i think i know what im doing... forgery??? thats my email address.... the banker is the one that put the my name down... and plus i didnt even cash the check.. my step dad did... i had to pay my ticket... i have alot of things going on.. yeh i had your stuff just havent sent it out.. im dealing with alot of other stuff... sorry its taking so long but shit happens... im not runing nowhere... im still here... [EDIT] oh yeh.. if anyone wants any of my personal info just go ahead and contact me... ill be glad to let you know where i live.... |

Bert,
Forgery is when you take a pen and write another name on the check other than the one that was originally on it. You did this. I called the bank and had them reverse funding of that check. IF I EVER recieve that shipment that you had 20+ days to ship, I will return it to sender. I don't care if you had anything else to do, or were paying a traffic ticket. That doesn't take 20 days of your time. If you sell someone something and take their money, it is not at your option on when in the next month that you decide to send the merchandise. It only cost $3.85 in postage to send something so small, and 30 minutes. You forget that perhaps I was buying from you and taking the risk to help you out of a jam. Since I know you had the money, you are without excuse. You don't wait until someone takes action against you THEN decide you will send their property. PS. Bankers will ever change who a check is to, and then cash it.
