Default liquid electrical tape for condensation proof?

yesterday i bought a bottle of clear liquid electrical tape, it says it's dielectrick and waterproof. Would i hurt my motherboard by coating it with this stuff to prevent condensation? it's starbrite brand

Used the same stuff to coat the back of my KT7-RAID BTW... should work fine . It will basically waterproof the back of your mobo.
