Actually, I just found out after reading another review of the DD5.

Stoopid thing is, the guy wants you to FAX in a form with your CC info to a fax number in China!
He says you can scan the form and then email him the scan but it is less secure????

uh.....ok.

WTF can't he just set his site up to take orders directly??

I talked to the guys over at plycom.com and they said that they would have them in arounf Feb 1st 2001. It is a first come frist serve basis. Hope this helps.

Hmmm...I just sent an email order to MacPower about 2 days ago. Still haven't gotten the confirmation back like they said.

Wonder how much Plycon will sell them for...

They even posted a thread stating that they were back from the holiday in Tiawan and were catching up on all the email and crap.

I talked to the guys at plycon again and they said that they were still expecting them to be in within the first week of Feb. If I remember correctly the DD5 was going to be $69.00 and the DD3 was going to drop in price according to them.
