Default Crazy temps for WC A64?

MSI NEO2
3200+ 939 Winchester @250x10 1:1
1GB DDR500 Supertalent CAS2
X800Pro@XTPE (Giant3)
PSU Antec truecontrol 550w
Waterblock design "ROTOR"

Ambient temp now is 28ºC

Mi idle CPU now is 30ºC (Speedfan or mbm)
Mi full load CPU is 47ºC (Speedfan or mbm)

my cpu go from 30º to 48º in one second when i run torture test in Prime95 and remains for hours

something is wrong? or i have good temps? is normal this variation?

remount the block ! seems you don't have a good contact between with block and the core.

In my experiences on many forums, the Neo 2 has a driver issue with the temp sensor. DL and flash to the new bios.
That should fix it.

Very true. Even with the new bios readings are still off by a few degrees and they constantly vary. I think they simply cant get it right. My temp probe sometimes shows variations of +/- 11c from what my mobo reports. I wouldn't get too concerned.

I've had best luck with 1.4beta. There was a website where you could d-load pretty much any bios made for Neo2 so far, but I'm afraid the link is dead and MSI forum is currently down. If you want it or wish to try a modded 1.5beta, which is also good, pm me and I'll send it to you.
