Default how are my temps?

hello all. i know this is a bit of a redundant question but i would like some expert opinions.

i have the following setup swiftech storm G4, mcp-650, modded chevette heatercore, 2 90cfm sunon fans (push/pull) and 2 coolingworks shrouds. cooling a p4 3.0e @ 3.45ghz mounted inside a modded antec plusview 1000amg.

i have measured my temps using asus probe and a hardcano12, and these were the results:

asus probe:

idle 25c - surfing the net
load 32c - running 1 instance of prime95 and calculating 32m superpi

hardcano12 (probe taped to back of mobo behind cpu skt):

idle 28c - surfing the net
load 35c - running 1 instance of prime95 and calculating 32m superpi

ambient temp is ~22c, case temp 26c, coolant mix is 80/10/10 - distilled water/bleech/glycol. im also using a t-line in place of a reservoir.

do these sound about right? is there anything i can do to improve my temps or the way im measuring them? thanks

hi, i new but i have an asus a8n sli deluxe mobo with an AMD Athlon 64 4400+ X2 and my graphics card is a nVidia 7800GTX.... I think that the temps are a little high but i dont know.. here are the temps that everest home edition gives me...

Motherboard 33C/91F
CPU 34C/93F
GPU 42C/108F
GPU ambient 37C/99F

(these are the same temps that asus probe gives me as well)

now the above are when almost idle. just got msn, yahoo, windows media player and a few other background things going along with a few firefox windows..

i was playing Half Life 2 on highest settings and these are the temps that came up

CPU 43C
GPU 52C
Motherboard 35C

I think that these temps are quite high but i am not sure. I have standard air cooling for all the parts and then i have an extraction fan at the back of my case (about 10cm in diameter i think)... the case is an alienware... are these temps normal if not any help would be appreciated. oh and i had a friend who had high temps. he updated his bios (this was an abit an8 ultra motherboard) and the temps went from about 40C to 25C. my bios version is Phoenix v6.00PG... thanks for the help in advance
