Default Best way to clean an LCD screen?

My SGI 1600SW could use a bit of a cleanup job. Anyone know the best way to take care of the LCDs?

I would just use some of that plastic polish if you have some.... Either that, or windex sounds good.

Windex is usually what I use, just be sure of course not to soak it. Just a light mist, should be fine.

You do have a point there Haddy, prolly best to put it on a rag seperate and then clean off your screen.

The only thing you're allowed to spray cleaner directly on doesn't contain electornics... Otherwise, you always just damnpen the cloth with the cleaner, and then clean...

Also, Windex running down a moniter screen, getting inside and frying the moniter isn't pretty....
