I'm sure just a 40mm x 40mm peice of copper about 2~4mm thick would suffice.

There are no good places to buy any metal stock around here and I really dont have the tools to machine one

any Nvidia waterblock/coldplate will work
the GF4 has the same mounting holes as the GF3 + the extra holes that are out further. all you need to do is buy a small peice of copper and cut it w/ a hacksaw and drill 2-4 holes in it. not to hard would take the average guy about 5 minutes to do depending on thickness of the copper. |
