Is the HW Black Ice a good rad?

me too.

i got a huge setup right now. full tower, etc., heater core.

i am going with the blackice, dtek little rio with reservoir, and cheap block for P4 system. heck, with their thermal protection, no worries about cheap RIO busting on me. plus, i want to fit it into my cooler master case.
