That's fine.
You ought to consider using small pipes, like LeeJSmith used in his block, to allow the coolant to clear out of the dimples. He's done some excellent work. |

The fins would add performance if he were using a peltier, they would also be a good idea in case he decides to go TEC later.

A pelt would not work unless it was a 20X20 pelt, and they don't make those powerful enough and that small. The cooling area of the proposed block is roughly 3X's core size.
