Default My New WC Setup: Advice requested

Hi
Here is what I have come up with for my newRig(s)
Let me give you some background. The unit is a 2 computer setup in one Aluminum Tower. I have already started modding the tower fo this project.
There is a P4 inside and M10000 itx on top. Both the units will be water cooled. There are 2 PSU's (siliconMaxx Fanless). The design I have come up with includes 2 radiators and 2 pumps. Here is a diagrams of my idea.

Please tell me if this is feasible and if it will work and most importantly if there are ways to do this better.

That looks fine. Everything in series.

I can't suggest any improvements, but I'll remind you that airflow through the rad is really, really important.

Default Air Flow

I am still struggling with that. The 2 Rads are BIX with 12cm PAPST Fans. The one in the front is easy. The one on top of the case. I dont know if I want to pull air into the case thru the Rad or Pull air out of the case. There are no other fans in the case including the PSU's.
Also do you know if Tygon F-4040-A (FOR PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM/ALCOHOL BLENDS) is suitable for WC since this tubing is rated for glycol.
