Video ???

Having a f***ing bastard of a time with a Radeon VE. My G400 crapped out, so I got a new dual card, well the first was a Leadcrap MX twin no-view, so I returned that. Now I bought a Radeon VE. WTF, can any of these people write a driver that works for Win2000. They suck. I have a Tyan Tiger 133, and my old G400 ran just fine until the #1 monitor started acting funny. Switched cables,same thing on the 2nd Monitor. Must be the hookup for the #1 monitor. Went through all the bul***it, and got a new card, and nothing works. Formated and reinstalled Win2000 on both cards and nothing. Won't work. Latest 4-in-1 drivers and direct-x 8, won't work, windows update, won't work......WHY DON'T THEY JUST SAY "WON'T WORK WITH WIN2000"!!!!!!!!
Can anyone help, I'm blonde and polish and need help?

Go to www.windrivers.com use the dirver search page and look for updated drivers for Win2000, (if windrivers dosn't have them knowone will) if the new drivers don't work get the card tested. If the card works consider running a new OS. I have seen some horrible things done by it. The ATI you have is a good card, spend your time being pissed at Windows 2000, it won't be the first time.

I've used most all video cards, however, I've not used dual monitor support on Win2k .. My Matrox g450 works like a champ on my Win98 sr2 machine.. Only problem I had with it was running OpenGL games with both monitors enabled.. I needed to turn of one of the displays, this is true even when I had two video cards in my machine. Best of luck to ya, and my $.02, dump 2000 and stick with 98..
