Argh. I had saved all my old e-mails. I upgraded from 98 to XP. Now the e-mails are gone. Anyone know where they're located?

Well that would depend on what mail program you used, what procedure you used to save your emails and where you saved them.
However I can tell you with almost absolute certainty that Windows XP did delete your emails. But it read them first and saved all the steamy ones in a hidden folder it wont let you find. It also took the opportunity to change your settings behind your back. Better turn it off at night, its just waiting for a free minute to upload all your personal data to Microsoft. It is watching you... |
