If you don't demand beauty, you could make one yourself out of a cereal box and some tape in a few minutes. If you make the top and bottom out of several layers, or if you have some thicker cardboard, normal fan screws will screw in pretty well, and the whole contraption will be surprisingly strong.

Worked well for me, in the past; though mine was 60mm->92mm.

I found a 120-80 here - http://www.nexfan.com/cafaalad.html

and here: http://www.xoxide.com/fanadaptors.html

And a few other places.

Looks like you're gonna have to build one.

Do you just want an adaptor or do you really want the duct.
You can always screw a 120 fan grill through the grills and then attach the fan on top of that.

Just replace the numbers in the below schematic for an 80 to 60mm adapter with 120 to 92:

Get a thin piece of aluminum flashing at Home Depot and for a pro look pick up a pop rivet gun and rivets. You can cut the flashing with scissors and use a desk corner to make the bends. Rivet it together and you have a pro looking adapter. Here's one I made for my Chevette core in about a half hour:
