Default 80 or 120?

Hey, I could REALLY use some input here and I have already searched about this, but havent really found anything. What I was wondering was, I have a midtower case, the Ahanix Blu3. It has 2 80mm fans in the back, which I have hooked up to a fan controller. I was wondering if I would get better temps using a custom fan shroud with two fans and an 80mm Radiator? or just 1 fan? I'm not looking for any supercool temps right now until I get a bigger case (hopefully Lian Li PC70), but until then, I just want it to be quiet. So what would the experts say? two fans or one? OR I could cut a 120mm hole and mount it on the bottom with a 120mm radiator, but I really dont want to do that, and I dont think Id be able to keep it quiet like I want.
Thanks
Josh
