Really? What machines do you use to get such a tight tolerance? And for the tolerances we are always within specs of our customers. |

That is waterjet cuting, so .003" is pretty good. You cant waterjet a waterblock though.

(C) it then ![]() Either you dont give it away and let nobody use it, or give it away but only after you copyright it so you can go back and sue them when they use it ![]()

Why not let them have a part inn the design - as long as the designer get's the props and maybe som compansation, why not let them earn something off of it

Why is it when I post a thread saying I want to machine waterblocks for people at little to no cost I get replies from people saying I want to steal their ideas and that they can machine better than me??? If you don't want to share your design then why bother even post?!? And that's fine if you want work from people, (and I take it you want to charge $), then why not start a different thread??
All I want is a cool water block design!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that too much to ask?!? I mean no disrespect but i had to give me peace... |

Here I posted my initial design for an Ati All-in-Wonder 9700 Pro water cooling solution... you can use it however you wish.
I'm only in it for the fun. ![]() Tweak the passage layout however you like as I'm still revising them, and, yes that's a #Rotor design over the GPU core. ![]() The base measurements for the card itself are here. When I get everything revised I will probably repost here with pictures of me machining this on my home mill. (Small mill but effective ![]() Good luck with your cooling endeavors! ![]()

I just wanted to overclock my 3.2 over 225 FSB and cool my northbridge to keep up. This Zalaman is good but its not as good as water. Not really in it for a profit, I saw this forum mentioned on ABXzone and decided to come and join for some help

i curently have mine overclocked to 235FSB and it runs stable. i can get mine up to 250FSB air cooled but it tends to crash every now and then. wich isn't good. i have a 2.6Ghz p4. i'm beleive i can get it up to 266 fsb watercooled. time will tell

You can always search in this same forum for a 3D design of a cloned WW.
But it has flawss.
