Default Look out for me at a Best Buy near you :)

I am going to apply for a computer area job at Best Buy today to do some holiday work. work like 2 nights and maybe 1 weekend day a week till Xmas, and since Miller has a shutdown ( which I dont get paid for) for an entire week over Xmas and New Years, I will work all that week there.

Reason:
1. Extra Holiday money, and will help get me out of some NASTY finnancial issues I am in.
2. Bitch'n discounts on gear
3. I can tell the people the real stuff they should get and correct the mistakes the retards who work there make

From what I hear Car Audio ( not a real concern of mine), Computer stuff, and some home theater and TV's have a real nice discount on em for employees. so for like 15 - 20 hours a week, I can rake in some Dough and get some serious discounts on holiday gifts ( to myself and others

they are in dire need of holiday help so I figure why not Now that DH3 is VERY close to completion I can take the time.

If I was looking for a full time job then I would be WAY WAY WAY over qualified. BUT , I am looking to do this for fun, and for pure money.

I will let them know that too. They need holiday help, I am willing to help out

Joe man I feel sorry for the torture you will endure around all those HP's, compaqs,
E-machines and oh i forgot the lowest computer lifel form the iMAC ok now curse me if you will. Seriously if you get hired check out some of the settings on those things or maybe they wil have you labotomising them with the magic little floppy. Its ok though they still can't match the ignorance of the audiances meant to buy them. Thats just it the people they are marketed to are of the thinking I shouldn't have to program the VCR it should know what i want it to do. Unfortunately we are all bombarded with the ads on television and banners around the internet. On a different note Joe working retail isn't all that bad even during the madness of the holiday season. Heck think of the benefits your fellow seasonal workers will be mostly female, just think of the possibilities there oops i dropped my candy cane would you get that for me? LOL From what I can tell about the best buys near here Joe in comparrison to them you should be able to finish that quantum physics thesis before they graduate pre-school.

Nope wont be working at a Best Buy after all. they need day help and not night help.. so I am outta it for that.

I guess I will need to start selling bodily fluids and maybe a kidney here or there to make rent

Joe, i don't even think anyone on your FS/T forum could afford a human kidney... That is, if the government would actually let you sell it.

However, if the time comes, I'll bid a $1 so you know it'll go to good use. (Steak & Kidney pie anyone?)
