CPU Temp and Graphics Card Temp
Hi,
I have a AMD Barton XP3000 and was wondering what the average temperature should be as mine is about 45 to 50 .c is this right? Also my graphics cards is i think getting to hot because whenever i play a graphic intense game it crashes to the desktop after just a few minutes of playing. The card is an NVidia Geforce XFX 5900XT is it posible that it is due to high temperature? If so can i do anythung about it? Is there any kind of utility that monitors graphics card temperetures? any help would be great thanks chris sys specs XP pro SP1 AMD Barton XP3000 NVidia Geforce XFX 5900XT MSI K4V-L (MS-6712) Motherboard 1GB PC2700 DDR Ram 1x20 Gb Harddrive 1x120Gb Harddrive 1xOptorite DVD+-RW 4x 1xNEC ND2500A DVD+-RW 8x Yamaha Legacy SoundCard |

45 - 50 celcius under load or idling? Either way that's pretty average for an air cooling setup for an AXP. Not sure about your crashing problem though... Do you have anything OC'ed?
