Sli NV-68 Problem Resolved
Anyone who followed the Sli n Shiny prod log may remember the problems encountered when trying to fit Danger Den NV-68 blocks to the MSI Neo Platinum due to the spacing between the slots being 41mm so consequently i had to resort to the Asus A8N which had slot spacing of 61mm
Most other Sli boards that i've come across including the DFI NF4 have Sli spacing of 41mm so it was always something that i would return to see if it was possible so with a bit of :dremel: it looks like i might of cracked it. The two facing barbs have had to be cut short so there is now only around 4mm left on each one making the link hose only 10mm :eeek: I think this may be a first and it looks like it's going to work! A couple of pictures for those without a clue what i'm on about... |
